All orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse. Please allow 1–3 business days for processing (excluding weekends and public holidays), and up to 5 business days during major sale periods.
We always aim to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we appreciate your patience if delays occur, especially during busy sales.
Successfully placed orders will receive an email confirmation. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at [email protected].
Please ensure your address is entered correctly at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for delivery issues caused by incorrect address details. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding shipping fees) and you will need to place a new order.
Always keep an eye on your parcel's tracking. All parcels require a signature on delivery for security reasons. If no one is available to receive it, your parcel may be taken to your nearest post office for collection.
If your package is sent back to us, we can resend it, but you will be required to cover the shipping costs.
We are unable to make changes to your order after it has shipped, so please make sure all details are correct.

We offer both Standard and Express shipping options to New Zealand.

Online Tracking
All orders include online tracking. Please check your shipping confirmation email for your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
