What's your return policy?Updated 12 days ago

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Customers in Australia: All customers are required to cover any postage to send the return back, both for exchanges and refunds. (You can use your own postage method or you can buy a label from our Returns Portal). Exchanges are supported through our Returns Portal for customers in Australia.

Customers in the US: Customers from the United States are required to cover any postage to send the return back for both refunds and store credit. We offer discounted return labels through our Returns Portal or you can use your own postage method. Exchanges are not supported at this time.

Other International Customers: Customers from any other countries other than Australia, and the United States are required to cover any postage to send the return back for both store credit and refunds. You must use your own postage method. Exchanges are not supported at this time.

Please note: At this time, exchanges for international orders are not supported through our Returns Portal.


Parcels lost on transit to TEAMM8 are the responsibility of the customer, please keep note of your parcel tracking number.


To initiate a return, please go to our returns portal and follow the instructions:

You will then get the option to receive a refund to your original payment method or Store Credit (or exchange for Australia orders only)


Note: If you opt for Store Credit, we'll provide you with an additional 15% of your total spending as a bonus.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that have been worn or items part of a clearance sale.


Thongs/Swim Thongs cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons, even if they are unworn.


Exchanges

Australian Orders: Our return portal gives you the option to submit exchanges.

International Orders: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have to receive a refund or Store Credit, and then make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
