Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email that includes the carrier name, your tracking number as well as a button that takes you to the carrier website.
- Standard/Free Shipping. If you have chosen Free or Standard Shipping, your order will be sent using Australia Post. You can go to www.auspost.com.au and use the tracking number that was given to you in the Shipping confirmation email.
For international orders: once your order arrives in your country, it will be handled and delivered by your local postal service. You can use the same tracking number to continue tracing your parcel in your local post service’s website:
US – www.usps.com
Canada – www.canadapost.ca
UK – www.parcelforce.com
Ireland - www.anpost.com
Mexico – www.correosdemexico.com.mx
Singapore - www.singpost.com
New Zealand - www.nzpost.co.nz
Rest of countries: please refer to your local post service website.
- Express Shipping:
- If you're in Australia or New Zealand, your parcel will be sent using the Australia Post Express service. go to www.auspost.com.au to track your parcel using the tracking number given to you in the Shipping Confirmation email.
- For international orders other than New Zealand, your parcel will be sent using DHL Express. Please go to www.dhl.com and use the tracking number given to you in the Shipping Confirmation email.
