My order has bee returned to sender, What happens now?Updated 3 years ago
An order may be returned to the sender due to the incorrect shipping address, a failed delivery attempt or a missed collection from a post office location.
You can send an email to our Customer Service team asking for:
- A refund, or
- You can ask them to resend your order once it gets to our Warehouse.
Please note that with either option, we need to wait until we receive the returned order.
